I read about people doing all kinds of fun and new things during self-isolation. Not me. Still going into the office. I did take a day off last week to do some blog catch-up and get a few other things done that I don’t seem to have time (or motivation) for on the weekends (like bleaching and scrubbing the grout on my kitchen floors. I’m thinking about staining it dark) but it kept getting interrupted by calls from the office :/ I love your suggestions and I’ll definitely add meditation and taking photography courses to the list of things I want to do. Decluttering is a huge one for me and it’s on the list but it keeps getting bumped to the bottom ๐Ÿ™ I’ve been re-inspired to do it, though. Maybe I’ll take another day off.

Hi Ruth, I’m trying to squeeze in some projects around “homeschooling” and working out with my kids. Meditation has been working so much better for me, now that I have let go of expectations. I hope it works for you too! xo Nipa

  2. I’m definitely cleaning out my photos, working on new skills, and most importantly – trying to get better at just doing nothing! That’s never been a strength of mine, but I think taking some time to disconnect is so important right now

Hi Abbie, I agree! I’ve been trying to read more books and use cookbooks just to take a break from technology. xo Nipa
