Fall 2026 Fashion At LOFT
I fill most of my closet with elevated basics from contemporary brands. But when I’m looking for something fun, like a mini skirt or graphic tee, I often find it at LOFT. Their styles are also usually practical (machine-washable), affordable, and come in petite sizes. Here’s what caught my eye in their Fall 2026 collection, and what came home with me…

Fall 2026 Tops
This fall, red and burgundy are trending, and LOFT has some beautiful options in both colors. I bought this cutout blouse to wear with jeans and tailored pants. It’s a deep ruby red, so if you’re looking for a red with blue undertones, this is the right shade of red for you. I also really like the curved hem, which means I can leave this blouse untucked on days I want to cover my belly.
This Floral Blouse has a similar shape. I also really liked this Lace-Trim V-Neck Top, as it’s a nice way to wear the lace-trim trend without looking like you’re wearing lingerie!
I was also tempted by this Take Me To NYC graphic T-shirt; if you know me, you know how much I love shopping in NYC!
Fall 2026 Dresses
I tried on a few different dresses at LOFT, including this Jersey Midi Dress, which has the comfort of a T-shirt dress but the polished look of a casual work dress. I also tried on this Floral Dress, which was a nice dinner or party dress. If I’d bought them, I would have worn them with ballet flats, but I only had my sandals with me that day.
I came home with this Floral Print Mini Dress, which has a nice loose shape but a self-tie to define the waist. (My midlife belly seems to be back, so I appreciate the extra room in this style!)
Fall 2026 Skirts
While maxi and mini skirts are popular for Fall 2026, we’re seeing a few shorter-length skirts, including this Corduroy Mini Skirt . At most stores, I find mini skirts to be 16-17″, which is too short for me, but at LOFT they tend to be 18-19″. I’m planning to wear this skirt with knee-high boots and tights, as we get closer to fall.

Fall 2026 Pants
I did try on some Horseshoe Leg Jeans at my LOFT store, as they’re still a popular shape for Fall 2026, but decided they just weren’t for me. If you want a fashion-forward look, barrel leg and horseshoe leg jeans have been very popular lately.
The Drawstring Sawyer Pants that I bought last year are back and are a nice option for a casual workday.
There are also several styles of Striped Tailored PantsΒ at LOFT for Fall 2026.
Other Fall 2026 Favorites At LOFT
While I didn’t buy any accessories, these caught my eye. The bags are genuine suede, and the scarf is 100% silk, but all very affordable.
