Happy Birthday to you! Yes, the older we get the more differently we view whatโ€™s important in life. Oh if we could only whisper words of wisdom to our younger selves. Great read, the cake your daughter made is very creative and your eye doctors message is valuable.
    Enjoy this decade โ˜บ๏ธ

Thanks, Nancy, I agree, my younger self couldn’t have imagined where I am now and what I’m doing! xo Nipa

  2. Happy birthday, Nipa! And I have to say: you look FABULOUS!!

I understand the challenge of finding a healthy relationship with your age. I turned 40 last year, and that was a big mental adjustment for me.

I love your post, your perspectives, and your inspiring outlook. Keep it up! And I’m so pleased you had a wonderful time celebrating. xo

Thank you, friend! I think a lot of my challenges had to do with what I thought other people were thinking. I hope your 40s are everything you dream they will be xo Nipa

Happy Birthday, Nipa! I love this post. I agree with all of your thoughts on aging that you shared here, but I really love #4. Wishing you many more happy, healthy, and stylish years!

Thank you, Tonya! If I find that podcast again, I’ll post more details. I hope you’ll share how you celebrate your birthdays. You always have so much insight into making the most of life! xo Nipa

  4. I loved all seven of your thoughts about aging, but #4 really resonated with me. I love the idea that I am all the ages I have lived. What a beautiful way to see life.

Hi Julie! I love that one too. I’ve always felt that way but it all became so clear when I heard it on that podcast. I think that might be why so many of us say “I don’t feel 40/50/60…” because we feel that we are more than that number. xo Nipa
