10 Unique Holiday Gifts For Him Or Her

In typical 2020 style, the holiday season is going to take some creative ideas and some thoughtful preparation! Are you ready? Don’t worry if you’re not. I’ve been thinking a lot about 2020’s unique challenges and have come up with 10 holiday gifts for him or her that will help ease some of the stress of the year…

1. Home Gym Equipment

If they can’t get to the gym, have the gym come to them. Consider weights, an ab roller, and/or kettlebells for challenging workouts. (You can have them shipped directly from Amazon so you won’t have to carry or mail them).

For easy-to-use, inexpensive (and light!) equipment, try a set of resistance bands or a balance disc.

2. Massagers
