  1. These are great tips! I have recently implemented number 6 as I’m definitely finding myself guilty of wearing the same uninspiring thing everyday. I feel so much better when I’ve put a little effort in ๐Ÿ™‚ xx

Even though I don’t do actual resolutions any more, I do look forward to January as a time to detox and get my life back on track after the hectic (but enjoyable) holidays. It helps that all the delicious treats have mostly been eaten, so I can get back on track with healthy eating and exercise! But it’s just a good time to regroup in general and get back on track.

These are all wonderful tips! Keeping clothing out of guilt resonated with me! I really need to go through my closet again and toss those items that just keep hanging there for no reason.

Thanks, Shelley! I’m making a point of not looking back so much, so it felt good to let go of some of the clothes I was hanging onto. xo Nipa

Hi Chris, Thank you! Between the pandemic and all the messages I see about living in the present, I forgot how much I used to enjoy planning events and vacations. So Iโ€™ve been trying to indulge in those things a little more, even if Iโ€™m just daydreaming, rather than taking action! XO Nipa

As a person who really dreads post holiday time, I really loved your post this week and I love your new haircut as well! I agree that thinking about And planning fun events for the future is very therapeutic because this time of winter makes me just want to hibernate. This is a great time of year to read more and to learn more new things, try new recipes, etc.

Thank you, Lovely! Hope youโ€™re having a good start to the year! XO Nipa
