Hi Tonya, Would love to know what you think about the Feldenkrais method. I hold a lot of tension in my body and it has worked wonders for me to release stress! xo Nipa

  3. Happy New Year Nipa! There are so many great reminders in this post so thank you! I’m taking things day by day so maybe patience is my word!!

Happy New Year, Michele! Day by day works for me too. That’s why I love just having one word that I can adapt to whatever is most urgent that day. Patience is a good one! xo Nipa

  4. My word for 2023 is WONDER. I want to live in a space looking at the moments in my life from a lense filled with a sense of wonder.

Hi Julie, “Wonder” always makes me think of how children look at the world, with fresh eyes and a curious mind. What a great choice! xo Nipa

I’ve tried the one word resolution and it simply didn’t work for me!!! I do resolutions in each important area of my life!! This does work for me!! I follow through and am able to achieve my goals!! It’s now that my husband & I are now alone!! I have the time to achieve my goals!!!

Hi Natalie, It sounds like you have a method that’s perfect for you! I would love to hear how you put it all to work. I think I gave up on resolutions because I would write them somewhere and forget to refer back to them – I never figured out a way to keep them in mind xo Nipa
